SNDS Magazine issue 4, 2008 is finally here

SNDS Magazine no. 4/2008 is finally here. The PDF version of the mag has been published online, and the printed version is on its way to patient subscribers in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

In the magazine you will find articles about the upcoming event of the year: the Oulu24 seminar to be held in May; reports from the chairman's visit to SND Russia, maybe the smallest, yet very active, branch of the SND family, and then some.

The cover story – about the Scandinavian front pages following the U.S. presidential election in November – are supported by two slideshows I made from a collection of pdfs, showing how we tackled the very special situation of the result being announced only a few hours after the deaddine of most newspapers in our part of the world.

I also collected some of the best front pages from all over the world published on election day, as this day – worldwide – seemed to have urged editors to be much more creative than after the expected victory of barack Obama.
