Now all I do is put stuff together. The plan's there. There's no creativity. There's no time to be creative with what we've got. It's just how well can you shove a round peg into a square hole. I took my job because I needed a job and I missed the newspaper business, but problem solving isn't the same as designing pages. Designing four, soon to be five, papers is job security I guess, but I feel like my design soul is being sucked out of me.
