The Viz Gridz fantasy football league is in need of four new owners this year.
The draft is coming quickly. I should have posted this earlier, but I've been busy with, well, a redesign.
Anyway, send me an e-mail asap if you're interested in playing.

Hi Colin. We'd love to have you. Below are the instructions. They look long, but it's actually really easy.
Anyone's welcome, there are four teams. First come, first serve!

• Go to http://www.antsports.com/
• Scroll down and click on Private Leagues link to left in blue bar, about midway down the page
• Scroll down to find Existing Private 3 Player Keeper Leagues section, about three quarters of the way to the bottom
• Then find Viz Gridz FFL down the list, and enter "editors" (without the quotation marks) in the Password field. If you can't find it on the list, try the letter links across the top.
• Click the Join button on the right
• This takes you to the league sign up page. Scroll down to the Franchise list
• Choose any team that says New Owner Needed and Available under Team Status. Click signup on the right.
(TIP: If there are multiple teams available and you want to choose based on the roster, you can click on the blue "Viz Gridz FFL" link, the first item in the white Details box above the Franchise list. This takes you to the league home page. Click on the Rosters link on the left in the blue bar, and you'll go to a page with the rosters for all teams. The Available teams will have New Owner Needed and a number instead of a name. You will be able to keep up to four players on the roster of your new team, but ONLY those drafted in fourth round or lower laster year. You can tell this by looking at the Pick column for each roster. If the number is 4 or greater, you would have the option of keeping that player. To keep a player, you'll have to surrender a pick two rounds earlier than the previous year. So, for example, if you choose a roster with Thomas Jones and he has a pick value of 7.05, he was picked in the 7th round (fifth pick in that round) and could be kept by surrendering your 5th round pick this year. If you like a particular available roster's keepers better than another, take note of the number and click your backward browser button twice to return to the signup page. Then find that team number and click the corresponding signup button on the right.)
• On the next screen you'll choose a Team Name (don't worry, this can be changed later). If you have never registered with AntSports, you'll need to skip down to create a nnew AntSports Username, enter your e-mail address and choose a password. This is important, you'll use these to access the site in the future. (If you're already registered with AntSports, just enter your User Name and Password directly below the Choose a Team Name field.)
• Click the Join League Button.
• Just a couple more important steps left. Under the "Thanks for signing up.", you'll see a link to your User Page. This is important because you must pay through this page, and you the user page is your starting point for visiting the site each time. Click on the link for your User Page.
• Now at your User Page, scroll down and make sure your new team and the Viz Gridz league shows under "Your AntSports Fantasy Football Leagues." If so, bookmark this page for future use.
• One more step, and your sign up process is complete. Scroll down to the empty password field, with the "Pay" button to the right. Enter the password you created earlier and click the Pay button. The next screen will show your total (for new keeper teams there is a $5.00 deposit, which is returned after your third season. So your total should be $14.95, including the deposit) Click the Make Secure Payment by Credit Card button, and follow the instructions.
(NOTE: I've used the site for more than five years and never had any credit card security issues.)
Once you've finished the payment process, your team set up is complete. You can then navigate the league site, set your keepers and prepare for the draft. I'm available for help and instructions as needed.
