Looking for older sports graphic files

Hello,

I am looking to build a stock of sports team logos and would like to ask all of you for your help. My publishing company has just started to do daily papers for a limousine company, which includes a sports section. I have the current logos for most of the major US sports (except MLS) through their respective media sites. The only problem is that these sites don't offer any of the dated logo files. If anyone would be able to help me out here, I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much!

Curious, though, why you would want the old, unused logos of teams.

That'll be much more difficult to come by. Your best bet might be to just contact the team's PR/marketing departments and see if they would be willing to send you the old vector files, if they have them.

Another possibility might be to get those raster images from the links I posted and use this site to convert them to vector files. It's more labor-intensive and costs a bit of money, but it's an option if all else fails. It may be something you can use on an as-needed basis.
